We ship with USPS. If your order doesn't arrive, contact us with your tracking number. We'll follow up and file a claim if needed. Lost packages will be replaced or refunded.

Never wash in hot water—colors may fade or disappear, and wool can shrink or felt. Hand wash or use a delicate cycle in cold water. Some color bleeding is normal, but avoid frequent washing.
