FAQ

For in stock items, your order will be packed and shipped out within 3-5 business days from the time you order, not including actual shipping time.

For specially ordered items, minimum time before shipping is 4 weeks but time will depend on quantity & complexity of the order.

We ship USPS which should be reliable but things can happen. Shipping numbers are provided so if there is an issue please let us know & we will try to follow up with USPS as best we can. We will file a claim/lost package search with the USPS. If they cannot find the package we will try to replace or refund your order.

DO NOT & I repeat DO NOT wash in hot water. Ever. The color can change or even disappear & wool will felt or shrink.

Wash in cold water by hand or on delicate.

Some color bleeding may occur but the color should not fade unless subjected to too warm water or excessive washing in a short period of time.
