We ship via USPS, which is generally reliable. If your order doesn't arrive, contact us with your tracking number. We'll follow up with USPS and file a claim if needed. If the package is lost, we'll replace or refund your order.

Never wash in hot water—colors may fade or disappear, and wool can shrink or felt. Hand wash or use a delicate cycle in cold water. Some color bleeding is normal, but avoid frequent washing.
