Welcome to ARS Farm Design's shipping policy! Here, we want to be transparent about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We are committed to delivering your artisan-made textile products to you in a timely manner. Currently packages are sent through USPS. The cost of shipping is significant but we only charge approximately what packing & shipping costs us.

Return & Exchange Policy
As a small business, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with your order. We are operating with very small margins in order to pass on a competitive price to you & so cannot afford to do so. We want you to be happy with your purchase so please reach out if there is an issue with your order.
